Upload your documentsارفع مستنداتك
In Settings → Documents, upload your license and tax documents (if applicable).

How it works: When a customer books through yalla-syria.com, we charge a 15% commission on the booking subtotal. Your payout is 85% — paid directly to you on the agreed payment schedule. Manual bookings you enter yourself, and bookings pushed via our API from your own system, are commission-free.

Yes. Listing your business, adding inventory, and receiving bookings are completely free. We only take a 15% commission when a customer books through our platform.

How long does verification take?كم يستغرق التحقق؟
Typically 24–48 hours. You can start adding inventory immediately, but your listings stay hidden from the public site until approved.

How do I get paid?كيف أستلم مستحقاتي؟
Payouts are processed on the agreed schedule to your bank account. You can see your pending and completed payouts in the app under Settings → Payments.

What if I don't have a business license?ماذا لو لم يكن لدي رخصة عمل؟
You can still list your business. Upload any documents you have (utility bill, tax receipt, or ID). Our team reviews each case individually.
يمكنك إدراج نشاطك بدون رخصة. ارفع أي مستندات تتوفر لديك (فاتورة خدمات، إيصال ضريبي، أو هوية). يقوم فريقنا بمراجعة كل حالة على حدة.
Can I list more than one type (e.g. tours AND rooms)?هل يمكنني إدراج أكثر من نوع (مثلاً رحلات وغرف)؟
Yes. A single business can list multiple inventory types. For example, a tour operator can also rent cars. Just add each item under its type in the Inventory tab.

What happens if I get suspended?ماذا يحدث لو تم إيقافي؟
If there's a policy violation, we suspend the account and email you the reason. You can contact support, fix the issue, and request reactivation.
